Track Listing:

Lust For You

I Lie To Boys

Cavegirl Love

Crushed Out

Philly all-girl trio Thee Minks trash it up and rock it out (in swirly nylon go-go dresses, no less) on this 4 track, pink vinyl timewarp back to the sugar-crunch days oí the mid-60's, when Paul Revere and the Raiders and the Archies were both viable musical influences. All the songs have the edge of tough-chicks-pretending-to-be-sweet-as-kittens, which still works a charm after all these years, man. As the title would imply, all the songs are about Thee Minks' affections for sweaty, hairy man-beasts, and if ya ask me, "I Lie to the Boys" is the runaway hit, because let's face it, it's true. All of 'em have the requisite girl-group sass, dance party rhythms, and winking power-punk-now distortion to them, tho. I mean, it's pretty hard to argue with a song called "Cavegirl Love", ya know? So I'm not gonna. If you dig monster mashes, 3D glasses, day-glo breakfast cereal, Rat Fink, and girls (or boys, however you wanna play it), then try Thee Minks on for size. Frugging not included, unless you ask real nice-like.
Sleazegrinder

This local powerhouse trio sings, plays and pounds with dedicated punk ferocity.

Great, lo-fi, trashed out, retro-fringed punk rock from a trio of women that seem to have done their fair share of livin'. The world needs more bands like this one.
